How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve a tour by calling 262-223-0234 or 800-300-8687, or by emailing your request to kmtours1@gmail.com. If you book via email, a confirmation will be sent to you.

Where are the pick-up locations and when should I arrive?

Pick-up locations vary by tour. Please refer to the tour brochure for exact details and arrival times.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes, KM Tours offers the Travelex Traveler Protection Plan, with pricing based on the cost of your tour.

When will I receive my tour documents?

For multi-day tours, you’ll receive complete instructions—including pick-up time, hotel list, medical form, and baggage tag approximately 14 days before departure.

Are snacks allowed on the coach?

Yes! Snacks and water are welcome. Trash cans are available on the motorcoach to help keep it clean and comfortable.
